BRING YOUR BABY YOGA

SUITABLE FROM 12 WEEKS POST PARTUM ONWARDS

Bring Your Baby Yoga is a new class Liz launched in January 2022 and since then it's gone from strength to strength.

Simply put it is a yoga class you can bring your baby to - exactly what it says on the tin!

You enjoy some time on the mat while your baby plays or sleeps next to you. The venue is safe for mobile babies to play, explore and make new friends. It's the perfect class for anyone moving on from Baby & Postnatal Yoga or Adventurous Babies, or parents and carers who simply want to do something for themselves. Suitable for babies from newborn to school age (and older). 

 

No previous yoga experience necessary as all poses are demonstrated and explained, and there is the freedom to work at your own pace and do as much or as little as you want!

Really enjoyed taking my baby to baby yoga from 8 weeks . We learnt things we took home to do for extra stimulation . We moved onto bring your baby yoga at 8 months and she loves playing while I do more “proper" yoga ! Liz is fab !

I started baby yoga with Liz when my baby was 8 weeks old. Everyone was so welcoming and I found it a great way to meet other mums and build a lovely support network. The class was amazing and my baby loved it so much that we have progressed through the various classes and still attend ‘Bring your baby yoga’! Liz is fantastic and I now also attend her postnatal yoga which is some well needed self care time each week!
